Problem: When starting up the application on the Pocket PC - you get the following error: the .NET Compact Framework could not be found. Please install the .NET Compact Framework and run the installation again.

Solution: Download the latest .NET Compact Framework software from the Microsoft website.

Problem: During the installation of videos, I get an error message indicating the install has failed.

Solution: There are over 500 videos and they take up a lot of space. We've done our best to reduce the size of the videos, but occasionally this leads to problems during the install. Fortunately, there are a few simple things you can do to work around the problem:

  1. Ensure you have an SD expansion card with at least 128 MB of free space.
  2. When you run the install - you must select the option to install the videos to your SD Expansion card. For detailed instructions on how to do that - click here.
  3. Check the SD Expansion card on your PDA for a file called Lexabean_video_install_wm50.CAB, video_install_wm50.CAB or videoinstall_PPC.CAB (the name differs based on the release of software and version of your Pocket PC). From time to time, Activesync erroneously displays an error after copying the PDA video install file to the Storage Card. If you click on the file, the installation of the videos will complete on your PDA.
